GENERAL FEATURES
Scope of Work
Scope of Work
Scope of work under this contract includes turnkey job including following.
1. Earth work in excavation and back filling for foundation of columns and walls.
2. Lean concrete in foundation of columns and walls.
3. RCC work for column footings and columns up to plinth bend including shuttering
and reinforcement steel as per structure design.
4. Earth work for back filling and compaction.
5. Class Bricks Used for Brick Work. Plastering on 4” walls in the Ratio of 1:4 & Plastering on 9” walls in Ratio 1:6.
6. Removing of debris from sites on regular Bases.
Basic structure
Basic structure
1. STEEL -TMT Bars of FE-500 of ISI mark JINDAL etc.
2. SLAB THICKNESS- 125 to 150 MM.
3. 9”th. Brick walls in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand).(1st class brick).
4. 4½” th. Brick walls in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand).
ULTRATECH Cement used for Construction Work.
5. PCC/RCC in footings/columns, roof beams to be 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4
aggregate).
6. In roof slab to be 1:1:5:3. RCC bends will be provided at DPC level and lintel levels.
7. Internal plastering in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 fine sand)
8. External plastering in cement mortar 1:5(1 cement:1 coarse sand&4 fine sand)
Sanitary work features
Sanitary work features
1. Heavy Duty CPVC/UPVC Pipes (Supreme or Aashirwad) used for Plumbing Works.
PVC pipes used for Rain Water Outlet to be (Supreme or Diplast) .
2. Hot and Cold water lines in kitchen & bathrooms will be provided in each of
bathroom & kitchens (size of pipe as per plumbing drawings).
3. Overhead separate Pvc Triple Coated layer of heavy quality water(Supreme or
Diplast) tank of 1000 litre will be provided of single floor.
4. CP fittings and China ware (Jaquar or Cera) used in all bathroom, kitchen &
washbasin also.
Electrical features
Electrical features–
1. Pvc pipes and Pvc fittings will be provided in electrical conduit work (Polyindia).
2. Wires/Cables of Polycab or Anchor used in Electrical Work.
3. Modular switches of Legrand or Anchor brand ISI mark will be provided.
4. MCBs of Legrand or Anchor brand ISI mark.
Flooring features
Flooring features–
1. Kutni Marble or Vitrified Tiles used in Internal Floorings.
2. Floor & Wall Tiles of Premium quality Somany for Internal & External Works.
3. Marble should be in staircase & kitchen counters to be provided of high class granite(17
mm thick)
4. Tiles upto Roof height in bathroom & suitable height in kitchen of 1st quality (Somany)
ceramic tiles in all bathrooms & kitchens.
5. Main base with PCC or Brick bat for Flooring.
Wooden flooring provided as per requirement.
Wood work/Railing
Wood work/Railing-
1. All chowkhats to be single/double pattam of Malasiya saal.
2. All doors should be of good quality flush Doors with 5 year warranty.
3. All Accessories like Handles , locks & hinges of ISI mark only.
4. Premium quality of Board & Sun mica used in all cub-boards as per drawings.
5. SS railing provided in staircase and balcony with glass.
Painting and polishing features
Painting and polishing features-
1.False-ceiling work as per drawings.
2. Internal-Plastic Emulsion Paint on ceilings and walls
3. External- Apex or Weather coat( Berger or Nerolac).
4. MS work to be enamel paint.
Extra works
Extra works:-
1. Power connection, Water connection, Sanctioned map, Completion Certificate ,
Electrical Panel, Camera fitting, Lift & any other work will be in client scope only.
2. Accessories like fans, exast fans, light fixtures, geysers, furniture etc. are not part
of the contractor
